Whats wrong with my blood parrots?

  I bought them today.

The water is 70 degrees (with heater, I dont know whats wrong!)

They stay like this,

moving a tiny bit.

These are not birds, they are fish, wrong section, and you should have done research on this breed first, they don't really move around a lot, they are hybrids and have a misshaped spine and most have malformed swim bladders.

However, as they become more used to the environment they will move more

you will also start noticing different personalities, I have two bloody parrots, Casanova is a flirt and wil swim up to anyone and eat from their hand, Duncan however is shy and will only come up to me and my little sister (these fish can recognize faces)

you need to know also that that these fish have been known to live +10 years, be prepared, its a commitment
ok, lets say you walked into a friends house, and you saw them sitting on the couch ... for hours ... moving a tiny bit, would you think something is wrong? no, right? those fish are probably lazy as hell.
You have not been feeding them enough blood.
their probably dead, flush them
