It took me a while to realize that only my 2 male budgies are the ones that chirp and bob their heads all the time. My 2 females do not do that at all. In fact i've never heard them do it.
Are male budgies the only ones that do this, or do the females do this as well?
Most of the time, the males budgies are only ones that do this. Once in a while the female budgies will do this, but no where near that often as the male budgies.

I think so.I have a male bird and he does it all the time I never seen a female do that.
