Your first thing you should try to do, is get her to an avian vet if available. They deal with this kind of situations all the time. They would be the best solution if your cockatiel ever got egg bound.
A bowl of warm water could help in an egg binding situation as well if their are no avian vets available. You would place your cockatiel down upon the warm water. Allow the water to splash against her vent until the egg hopefully comes out. You would need to press down your cockatiel down into the water so that her vent is touching the water and getting soak.

If you want to prevent all of this from happening, get your female cockatiel a cuttle bone and mineral block. The cuttle bone will give your cockatiel all the calcium she needs to successfully form and lay eggs with no problems what so ever. The mineral block will give her the protein she needs to stay healthy during the time that she lays the eggs and raise the babies.
