do quail get along with chickens? I am thinking about putting chickens and quail together, do they get along? If one of them hatched an egg would the other be ok with the chick?
My friend had her avian of Quail, and two Chickens on the bottom to eat any food dropped by the Quail. One of the Chickens killed the Quail chicks.
I wouldn't risk it myself though, as chickens can be known to kill other birds, and have no rules against cannibalism, so yes will attack a Quail chick.
