Thanks!:)
Actually, you can tell the gender before they leave the nest, experienced breeders could tell under two weeks old (moggie). Could you get a better pic of the first one? The second one is male.

Female

Adult: Brown if in breeding condition (doesn't mean you automatically give her a nest box). Blue with a white overcast out of condition.

Juvenile: Blue with a white overcast.

Male

Sometimes a male's cere will change to brown. This can be related to cancer.

Sorry if the links don't work.
Bird 1: female

bird 2: male

But its hard to know for sure because of their young age and bad picture quality

Whitish Pink, Pink, Brown-Female

Whitish Blue, Whitish Purple, Purple, Blue-Male

Females ARE bigger, and tend to be more aggressive and terratorial than males. Males ARE smaller and thinner. And you can't compare them when one is puffed out (like the one in the second pic) and when one is not (the one in the first).
they are too young to tell for sure, but I would say the 2nd one is definitely a boy, and first one you can't see the cere too much, but it looks like it has some purple in it, which leans towards a boy.
I dont care what anyone else says .. Ive had TONS of budgies, and I have always been able to tell their sex when I buy them (usually 3 months).

The first one looks smaller and skinnier and has less developed eyes and has a pinker nose .. most likely a girl.

The second one is hard to tell the colour .. looks a little bluer, but also looks bigger .. so generally i'd think its boy.

If one looks more purple-pink its a girl. If one looks more blue-brown its a boy.

If they are male & female, dont worry about them mating, that wouldnt happen anyway until they were at least 2 years old. (If they even find each other attractive lol)
Rather hard to tell, though your second bird is male. The first one may be male, may be female. You need a clear photo of their cere (ie, nose) to be able to tell. At that age, a young male's cere will be completely pink/purple, whilst a female's will have white rings around the nostrils.
i cant tell by your photo but dont believe pink girl blue boy as it not true

look at these pics then yours

You already posted this and was told it is to early to tell. All parakeets have blue to purple ceres till they reach about 6-8 months or older then it changes. pets question and answers,www.5d2d.com

It will be tan to pinkish white for a girl and bluish purple for a boy.
You cant really tell .. but the ones with pinkish and peachy cears are girls and ones with blueish colors are boys
well males have grayish nails

and females have pink sot thats how u can find out
