She is always sweet.and I alway talk to her and she would chirp back but one problem is she isn't train yet but she is bonds with me good. When I play with her I wiggly my finger through the cage and she put her beak and almost touch my finger. Was she playing around with me or trying to take a bite? Also how do you train her to step on my finger without a perch and getting bite?
Like the first answer said, this is nibbling , not biting out of anger. She is showing you affection, just like when a dog comes to you and licks your hand. Cute, isn't it?:)
Finger training:
1Slowly put your hand in the bird's cage. This shouldn't be too hard if you clean the cage and provide food daily.
2Put it in there for at least 30 seconds and then pull it out. Keep doing this every day until your bird calms down and just stays at one spot. (This step builds trust that you will not hurt your bird.) You may also eventually want to offer him a small treat when you put your hand in the cage.

3Slowly push your index finger against the bird's lower chest, right above his legs. They probably wont step up onto your finger on the first time. If your bird has never done this before, he may get nervous and back up. Wait five minutes and try again.
4Rub his chest up and down slightly, while saying "Step up" or simply "up".
5If the bird still does not set up, apply a bit more pressure on his chest. Eventually your bird will feel unbalanced and naturally step on your finger.
6Repeat this with your other hand until your bird gets the hang of it.
7With enough practice, your bird will do this if you present your finger without you saying the word "up".
Your bird is nibbling, not trying to bite you out of anger. They use their beaks to step up on things . If you put your finger out to her, she will grab it to climb up on your finger.
