What can cockatiels eat ?
I have a 4 month old cockatiel and i dont know what veges and fruits i can give her

First off, your cockatiel should be on a base diet of pellets and seeds.
As for fruits, you shouldn't give many. Cockatiels are NOT fruit eaters.
Try to stick to dark leafy greens. I give mine spinach, broccoli, peas, cilantro, parsley, shredded carrots, and different types of lettuce (NOT iceberg). To make my life easier I just get an organic greens mix from the grocery store and give them that. They already have various greens and shredded carrots.
You can even sprout your own greens from millet spray seeds! This is extremely healthy for them.
You can also occasionally feed whole wheat bread, cheerios, pasta (NO sauce), cooked chicken, hardboiled or scrambled egg, and popcorn (no salt). My birds love them all!
