Is the scarlet macaw cold or warm blooded?
Yeah i need help really badly on my project. Can you also tell me its reproduction or (how babies are born)...warm or cold blooded...how oxygen is taken in(please be specific).... environment it lives in...and
what it eats
Thanks
It is warm blooded cause birds are warmblooded (for the most part) .

They are endothermic. This means they generate their own heat and are not dependent on environmental conditions.

The opposite would be ectothermic, eg: reptiles.
The terms warm and cold blooded are misleading as the body temperature of a reptile, when it is active, can be quite high.

A scarlet macaw is a bird so it's warm blooded and lays eggs. it breaths air through it's nose and/or mouth, it lives in a jungle and eats fruit, nuts, seeds, flowers, including nectar and buds. pets question and answers,www.5d2d.com

warm blooded

reproduces sexually (meaning it requires a male and female + mating) and lays eggs where the babies hatch from

oxygen is taken in through the mouth and nares, through the windpipe, and into the trachea into the lungs. the alveoli, tiny sacs in the lungs, expand with air, and nearby blood vessels collect oxygen from the air and take it throughout the body.

ummm... i think they live in the rainforest?

also not sure on diet, but i believe they are herbivores who eat nuts, seeds, fruit, etc

sorry i dont know all of it lol :P
Depends on if it's dead or not... if it's alive than it's warm blooded, but dead... well...
Babies are hatched from eggs like all birds.
They breathe through nostrils that are located on top of the bill. If you look at a picture of one you should see where the nostrils are.

They live in South America primarily and southern North America in tropical rain forests and humid climates, and some are even found on South American farms where they can become a pest to farmers.
They mostly eat nuts, veggies, and fruits, but clay is also a very important part of their diet (I would definitely do research on macaws and clay cliffs because it is a very important part of the macaw's life and diet).
