What bird should i get?
I have had cockatiels and was thinking of getting another one. I have also had a Alexandrine although he was a pit noisy.
I'm open to any suggestions:)

an Avery and cage to alternate between
I was also looking for one that had a tolerable noise level as it would be inside a lot.
I would also love one that is affectionate, that liked cuddles and a pat.

If noise level is an issue, I suggest you stay away from all types of parrots, no matter their size. They can all be quite loud. Consider a couple Doves. They are sweet, loving and not at all loud. The white Ring Necks and the tiny Diamond doves are my favorites.
