How do I get rid of brown widow spider in my aviary?
The brown widow spider has laid multiple spiked egg sacs in the safety entrance to my aviary. The birds do not have access to that area. I sprayed her onto the floor and through the wire with my water hose, but am worried that she might come back. How can I kill her without harming my birds?
Thanks.
Remove the birds and spray with hot water.
Remove your birds and thoroughly clean out your aviary.
I would also suggest you to move your aviary to a different space in your home to prevent another intrusion. Also check for pests around your house and rid of them.
Hope this helps!

Brown widows rarely bite, and when they do it rarely does anything more than irritate the skin around the bite. I would suggest spraying her to the floor again, destroying the egg sacs and her web or home, and if she comes back, then worry about it.
Theres a product called avian insecticidal liquidator and that will kill insects, mites, cockroaches and spiders without harming the birds. Cover any food sources while you spray.
