recently i changed his food company from some thing to trill
and ever since then he kind of sneezes out his food
puffed up 1/3 of the day and the poo was really big reallly big i was like heck!
now he seems fine and is playing

so was it caus of changing diet
he dosent like vegies
how do i get em to like it

It could have been the change in diet but it could also be a bug. The puffing up and huge bombs point to it being a bug. If he is happy and playing now, he's over it.
His 'sneezing out his food' is him regurgitating. Birds can do that when they aren't feeling too crash hot, but they mostly do it as a sign of affection. Boys will feed the girls when they are courting as a show of how great a provider they are, and Mums will feed the bubs that way. He will probably try to feed his toys and may even try to feed you ! If you want him to eat his veggies, eat yours in front of him and when he looks interested, offer him some of yours. Budgies are like babies, they want what the other one has. Once he understands that they are food he will eat them straight from his food dish. If that doesn't work, he just doesn't like veggies. Birds usually take to fruit like apples and grapes easily and they will do him just as well.
