Is my budgie pregnant?
i have got a female budgie but she is not moving, i don't no if she's tired but she's just stood in a spot. Under her tummy it is big ( it's kinda near her bum) and she is puffing up all the time.
Is she pregnant?

To be absolutely sure, you'll have to go to an Avian vet. All the same Budgies do not get "pregnant", they lay eggs. Some budgies lay eggs that have not been fertilized. This means the egg could never turn into a baby.

That doesn't sound to good. She may be "eggbound", which is a very serious medical emergency!!
