Most likely yes, depending on how wet got. ANd the mother most likely will come back, but how long has it been? And to use a heating pad as a incubator:
1. Make a makeshift nest out of any materials. Like clothing.
2. Put the eggs in the nest, not close enough to burn them.
3. Flip the eggs, every hour, to two hours.
4. Every once in a while , put water on your hand, and gently moisten them.
It takes 28-30 days for hatching, and if you want to know how old they are:
1. Find a good flashlight .
2. Go somewhere dark,
3. Shine the light through each of the eggs.

1. They will be clear , or just have an yolk, but this could mean they are early, and could be alive.
2. If they stink.
If they are alive:
1. They will have a black circle, filling have of the egg. Possibly veins.
2. One black dot if they are a little young.
Good luck!

Me had eggs million of times.
no, the mother won't come back. hold a flash light up to the egg, and see if the featus is moving , or looks somewhat alive. if it does, then a heating pad, and light works as an incubator
